We All have personal rituals when we Experience Stress And Worries also Happiness And Thankfulness, For Different Reasons. Either You Want To Move Forward, Keep Your Mind Focus Or Grow In Your Business. These Are My Recommended Daily Practices.

We all have tiny rituals in our lives that help us get through the day and stay up in the mood and also in our goals. Whether we make time to do walking or biking, read motivational quotes, meditate or enjoy a private moment with a cup of coffee, those rituals improve our mental and physical health.

We all experience stress and worries, also happiness and thankfulness, for various different reasons. Either you want to move forward, keep your mind focus or grow in your business these are my personal rituals to practice day by day and month by month.


Meditation is an ancient practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, visualization, breathing, a movement that helps control your own mind and consequently your own life and discover yourself. It is powerful, can be practiced by anyone, anywhere and extremely beneficial and can help you feel happier. It helps eliminate negative thoughts such as; Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Insecurity, Fear and all factors that can prevent you from feeling happy.

It’s not necessary to be a Buddhist, Hindu or practice any religion as it has nothing to do with it. Meditation helps control your mind and thoughts and turned them off when you wanted your mind to rest. It will mitigate the symptoms of stress and anxiety. Its main physical benefits include; Decreases the physical tension, Delete psychosomatic disorders caused by tension, Prophylaxis against stress, Lowers blood pressure, Strengthens the immune system, slows the aging process and recharges your batteries.

      Here my simple tips to start meditating:

  • Try to meditate every day, possibly at the same time.
  • Don’t drink coffee before you meditate
  • Don’t meditate after meals and choose a time of the day when you are not full of energy
  • Prepare a place where you want to meditate, open the window to change the air flow.
  • Choose a place which is not very bright and wear comfy clothes.
  • It’s important not to be disturbed during your meditation so disconnect your phone, close the door and put a signal to politely ask not to be disturbed.
  • It is important, however, to create a habit. When you begin to feel the benefits of meditation it will be very difficult for you to stop meditating.


Yoga is the union between the body, mind, and spirit. It is a place of discovery and connection with your own body that encompasses balance, proper stretching techniques, breathing, meditation, centering the mind and spirit. So, basically an activity, which highly helps in maintaining both physical fitness and mental peace. The practice of doing it makes the body strong and flexible; it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. It brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

It’s the ultimate wellness ritual for mind, body, and soul. According to research, yoga boosts weight loss, leads to a lower body-mass-index, and enhances muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardio-respiratory fitness. It also reduces cardiovascular risk factors, helps to lower blood pressure for individuals with hypertension and leads to a better body image and more mindful eating practices.

There are actually dozens of different types of yoga with a wide range of skills required but here are 7 types of yoga which is best for your whole body and mind.

  • Hatha – which focuses on posture.
  • Vinyasa – a hearted form of yoga that mixes intense workouts with peaceful poses
  • Ashtanga – incorporates little meditation, uses fast and physically demanding routines.
  • Anusara – focused on opening and closing mantras, muscular and organic energy, the seven “loop” points of the body that balance and align, and reaching inner peace.
  • Jivamukti – this is the most spiritual – this incorporates readings, chants, and music.

Other popular yoga practices not mentioned include Sivananda, Jivamukti, prenatal, power yoga restorative, and Viniyoga – there are many others out there. You can’t go wrong with yoga – any style is sure to reap benefits!


It is where beauty meets the art! AND I LOVE IT! This concerns with the nature of art and making judgments concerning beauty. It defines the principle that makes us value one thing over another. It asks what is valuable in life, what is valuable beyond mere survival and specifically how art and beauty are defined.
Living the aesthetic life will energize your body and your spirit. It can add years to your life by reducing levels of stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, and even boost the number of infection-fighting antibodies. People who focus on beauty and celebrate its benefits are more creative and positive. They look years younger than their age.
Being concerned with art and beauty improves our mental health, it can make us feel more relax, happier and lift our moods that influences our emotions. When we see life, people and things in all their glory are all bright and beautiful. Beauty is a force. It has its own self-sustaining power and if we are prepared to see it, it can show up in the most unexpected situations and that’s when we can use it to our advantage.


Positivity is something that can be imbibed such as by trying to tweak our sense of humor, the way we react to a given situation, by being more pleasant and believing others too, have a mind, and by smiling each time somebody says “thank you”!

While it’s a state of mind, the answer lies on our perspective. How to be a positive person every day can be challenging. You have to have the desire to be positive in a way that it will enhance the quality of your life. It is like an aura, and you will know you are a positive person when people start trusting you, random people become polite with you, and you start building rapport easily.

Becoming a positive person does not mean you can never have negative emotions or encounter negative situations. It is the overall attitude that matters so be realistic and be a keen observer. These will serve as perfect instances to turn your outlook more positive.

We all have heard that reading is important and beneficial. It reduces stress by allowing your brain to focus on one task, it improves the relaxation response, it lowers the heart and pulse rate, it exposes you to new things, new ways, new understanding, and new information etc., however, some people say that it’s just a way of time, it’s so boring and it’s not useful and it’s no use!. Well, the fact is opposed to such a mindset. Reading has been found to enhance connectivity in the brain. A decline memory and brain function is a side effect of aging, but regular reading may slow the process and can slow the progress of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.


Mental Stimulation, Stress Relief, More Sleep, Education, Better Memory, Increases Empathy, Improves Concentration, Vocabulary Expansion, prevents memory loss and depression, it lets you read other people’s thoughts and the conversations you have become better and more interesting.


According to research, traveling can improve our overall health and enhances our creativity. Thus, we need to take time out from our daily tasks, office responsibilities, hectic schedule, and everyday pressures at least once a year. It could either be alone or with friends. While traveling alone test our independence, forces us out of our comfort zone and gives us time and space to reflect, it doesn’t really compare to traveling with girlfriends.

Having girls alongside you makes the travel aspect much more enjoyable. You can split the cost, collaborate on pool itinerary ideas, and have someone to complain to if your flight gets delayed. When traveling with friends, even the planning process is fun! The phone calls, group email threads, and sheer anticipations are the half fun of traveling already! Plus, you get to know each other really well and you’ll learn everything about yourself and your BFFs.

Moreover, self-awareness allows you to motivate yourself and manage your stress better, helps you with your intuitive decision making, and helps you to lead and motivate others more effectively. This is very useful and important because when we have a better understanding of ourselves, we are able to experience ourselves as unique and separate individuals. We are then empowered to make changes and to build on our areas of strength as well as identify areas where we would like to make improvements.

That is why proper care of our skin is so important to ensure they’re healthy. They are our largest barrier against infection so keeping them healthy and moist help to keep the barrier strong.

This is known as “neuroplasty”- the ability of the brain to change throughout life. No matter what it is that you’re studying. Whether it’s for business or personal reasons, there are learning opportunities all around you. From something as difficult as a new language to something as simple as making pancakes from scratch, every day presents a new chance to broaden your horizons.

Learning new skills is one of the best ways to ward off dementia. In the same way, that physical exercise helps keep your heart healthy and mental exercise helps keep your brain in shape. Anything that challenges you to think about things in a new way, from crossword puzzles to learning to crochet, can help keep your mind fit.

Personal Mindset

Your mindset is the sum of your knowledge, including beliefs and thoughts about the world and yourself in it. It is your filter for the information you get in and put out. So it determines how you receive and react information. Your mindset is everything! It will determine if you will make it or not, remember things or forgotten, it will determine whether you will be committed to achieving your goals, your dreams, and your vision. And without doubt, your mindset is your greatest asset. So it really depends on how you feed your mind.

Having a mentor and a model is a powerful thing. It’s one thing to hear what someone says, it’s another to see what a person does. This proves that having one is vital and not only for business. Whether you want to quickly acquire the right skills or easily pass a job interview, a mentor will help you do it without investing too much time and energy.

Mentor-ship is a process where a more knowledgeable and experienced person helps a less knowledgeable and experienced person reach their goals. In addition, a good mentor determines your strengths and weakness, inspires you, broadens your horizons, introduces you to the right people and more importantly, does not judge you. On the contrary, a mentor challenges you to make mistakes, experiments, ask questions and not to be afraid of failures.

Hope you can get interested at least into one of them and improve your lifestyle. I know is not easy to change habits and cup with new things or make a schedule and keep things always on the loop, but consistency and a little bit of progress daily will make your life brighter, productive and better.
