2.2 Images. Our visual archive goes back to 2015, when we launched rosiross.com. All images published on the Site are owned by VallitaCo, and all rights in them belong to us. Some images in the archive have been upscaled or enhanced to high definition (HD) using artificial intelligence. This enhancement does not change the ownership of the images, and all rights in the enhanced versions remain with VallitaCo.
2.3 Research and experience. All research published on the Site is carried out by VallitaCo, and the experiences described in our Content are our own.
2.4 The Site and Content are protected by copyright under applicable national and international laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, sell, reproduce, create new works from, distribute, perform, display, or otherwise exploit any Content or the Site (including software), in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
2.5 You may download or copy Content for personal use only, provided you keep intact any author attribution, copyright, or trademark notice that accompanies it.
2.6 You will not sell, redistribute, retransmit, reproduce, display, or otherwise give any third party access to the Content, or modify it or create derivative works from it.

3.2 When you make a Submission, you confirm that you created it or have permission from its owner to submit it.
3.3 You or the owner of the Submission keep the copyright in it. By submitting it, you grant VallitaCo a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display, host, index, modify, and adapt the Submission in any form or media, now known or later developed.
3.4 We may edit, remove, modify, publish, or display Submissions, and you waive any right to have your material kept unaltered. We may remove your content at any time. We are not obliged to store or keep showing any Submission, or to give you a copy of it, except as required by law.
3.5 You are solely responsible for your Submissions. We do not pre-screen or monitor them, but we reserve the right to delete, move, or edit any Submission that we consider abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unacceptable.
3.6 You must not upload or publish any libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal material on the Site.
3.7 Views expressed by users do not reflect the views of VallitaCo, and we do not endorse any user content. You view and rely on user content at your own discretion and risk. We accept no liability for content submitted by users.
3.8 If you are under 16, you confirm that you have the permission of your parent or guardian to submit content.
4.1 You agree not to threaten or verbally abuse others, use defamatory language, or disrupt discussions with repetitive or meaningless messages or spam.
4.2 You agree to use respectful language and not to use language that abuses or discriminates on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual preference, age, region, disability, or similar characteristics. Hate speech of any kind is grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the Services.
4.3 We welcome active discussion and debate, but personal attacks violate these terms and are grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access.

9.1 You represent, warrant, and covenant (a) that no material you submit through the Site will (i) violate, plagiarize, or infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights, or (ii) contain libelous or otherwise unlawful material; and (b) that you are at least thirteen years old. You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VallitaCo and its officers, directors, owners, agents, affiliates, licensors, and licensees from any liability and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any breach of these terms or of the foregoing representations.
